RESERVATION POLICY
Daily, Weekly and One Month Stays - 50% of total rental fee in CDN funds is required within five business days of the reservation confirmation. Balance due on check-in.

Extended Stays (beyond one month) - One Month rental fee in CDN funds is required within five business days of the reservation confirmation. Second month is due on check-in and is then payable on a month-to-month basis.

We have several different methods of payment:
  • Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX
  • Interac
  • Bank Draft or Cash in CDN Funds (in person)
Your credit card will remain on file until after departure and may be used to cover costs of damages, replacement of missing items and cleaning beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the renter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily, Weekly and One Month Stays - Once your reservation has been confirmed and your deposit received by us, in the event that you are required to cancel your reservation, you must do so 30 days before your arrival. You will receive a full refund, less an administration fee $100.00. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of your entire stay for Daily and Weekly rentals (min $100) and 7 nights for monthly rentals.

Extended Stays (beyond one month) - Once your reservation has been confirmed and your deposit received by us, in the event that you are required to cancel your reservation, you must do so 30 days before your arrival. 80% of the deposit will be refunded, the other 20% is not refundable and will be kept as an administration fee. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 14 nights.

RESPONSIBILITY
Neither The Langtry nor the property owner nor any of their employees nor agents shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying any rental properties represented by the property owner.

The rights, if any, of a person occupying the rental property to seek recourse against the property owner for any injury to the person or property of the person shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and determined exclusively by the courts of British Columbia having proper jurisdiction.

The property owners shall not under any circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guests occupying its rental properties caused by the actions of its neighbors or unforseen circumstances in the surrounding area, including but not limited to interruption in power service or water supply.

All information provided by the property owner and staff while deemed true and reliable, is not guaranteed. Changes in inventory, items and decor may occur from time to time, and such changes will not void or alter the terms of the rental.

PETS
The Langtry is pet friendly. We have a two pet maximum. A damage deposit of $200 per pet may be required, and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay provided there has been no damage during your stay.
